Attendance, scheduling, roster chat, announcements and fee collection are all in the free plan: one roster of up to 15 players, 10 events a month, no card and no time limit. Pro is €7.99 a month for the whole team — a club with twelve teams pays the same as one rec-league six, never per player, so adding subs and liberos costs nothing — and lifts that to 100 players and unlimited events, plus monthly analytics and automatic payment reminders.
Create the match and everyone gets a notification to confirm, decline or mark themselves as a maybe. You see the running count on your phone, so if you're sitting on five with two days to go you can pull in a sub while there's still time — instead of discovering it at warm-up.
Yes. Add the gym rental as a one-off payment on the session and everyone marks their share off as they settle it, in cash or by transfer, and you confirm. You get a paid/unpaid list instead of trying to remember who handed you a note last week.
It does, and plenty of clubs run both from one account. Keep the indoor six and the beach doubles as separate groups so a rained-off beach session doesn't spam the indoor roster, while attendance and payments stay under the same club.
